Today's Brunch was brought to you by my Significant other Jennifer. I saw this recipe on Facebook on Buzzfeed Food, if you want to see the short clip, click HERE. My girlfriend saw that I shared that recipe so she decided to make this for me today. The only difference Is that instead of burger buns she used Cuban bread. Hey that's what we Latino people do, we eat alot of Cuban bread and honestly the bread Is very tasty! My girlfriend forgot to take the picture of the egg part but that Is okay. Very good meal indeed I suggest everyone try it out.

Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)
This dish was brought to you by my Significant other Jennifer. She was motivated to make this dish because she tried it from someone else and she loved it, so she decided to make It for me. She used this recipe to make this dish at http://allrecipes.com/recipe/18417/spanakopita-greek-spinach-pie/ . All credits go to SILVERWOLF for this recipe guide.
This dish was really tasty, I am a big sucker for spinach dishes. The crust was nice and crispy. I already had 2 plates and half. My girlfriend is not content with her dish but in my opinion it was really good. Keep trying harder next time and always try to do better. Study the taste and analyze what you think needs more. Always take your time because patience makes it more rewarding. You still did great so keep making more food so I can enjoy every time.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil. 1 large onion, chopped. 1 bunch green onions, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 pounds spinach, rinsed and chopped. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 8 sheets phyllo dough. 1/4 cup olive oil.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil a 9x9 inch square baking pan.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion, green onions and garlic, until soft and lightly browned. Stir in spinach and parsley, and continue to saute until spinach is limp, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, ricotta, and feta. Stir in spinach mixture. Lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough in prepared baking pan, and brush lightly with olive oil. Lay another sheet of phyllo dough on top, brush with olive oil, and repeat process with two more sheets of phyllo. The sheets will overlap the pan. Spread spinach and cheese mixture into pan and fold overhanging dough over filling. Brush with oil, then layer remaining 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with oil. Tuck overhanging dough into pan to seal filling.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve while hot.

Animate Miami 2015 October 24 Saturday
Its almost the end of October and you know what that means? Animate Miami is here! I had the pleasure of going to Animate Miami on a Saturday with my Significant other, Jennifer. Saturday in my opinion is the best day to go, i don't know why but i just believe that it is lol. This would be 3 Cons that i have been to this year, Magic City Comic Con, Florida Super Con and Animate Miami. It had been fun and i hope to keep going every year!
I had decided to wear my Akutsuki Socks and my Itachi Shirt for the Con. I did not care what people would think so fuck it.
The food selection sucked even more this time from my last visit to the Miami Airport Convention for the Magic City Comic Con. I believe the food selection was really good at the Miami Beach Convention Center for Florida Super Con. A Sad ass Hot dog and Cheese Burger, it kind of reminded me of school Cafeteria food. The only good thing about the food was the sides that the food came with and the pretzel! The Japanese Ramune Sodas are the shit. Thank god for that Japanese goods vendor for bringing the awesome treats to the Con.
I should have taken more pictures of the Vendor stuff
After hours of searching and searching I found what I was looking for. Sometimes It Is hard to spot things because there are so many people around you get distracted. I was beginning to lose hope but this vendor saved the day. Look at all those Hunter X Hunter figures! I have never seen so many before! I got real happy inside and I decided to buy 2 figures. Well worth the money i spent on them.
I kind of wished I took more pictures of cos players but these were my first picks.
Akatsuki Member and Tobi/Obito. Good mask Tobi!
Kisame, Hidan, Zabuza and Akatsuki Member. Jesus Christ, some big ass swords lol.
Kakashi Sensei! Props to this cos player he did an awesome job!
Itachi!
More Kakashi!
Asuma Sensei!
Konan and Pain!
Kurapika!
Carnage! Awesome mask.
Spider-Man!
Dare Devil, Elektra, Bullseye, and The Punisher. Jesus Christ man Bullseye looks like Colin Farrell when he played Bullseye in the Dare Devil Movie.
More Elektra!
Prisoner. Good Message!
The Green Arrow/The Arrow
One Big Ass Pikachu!
The stuff I brought back home.
My comics
To Conclude this blog post I had alot of fun. I cannot wait for Magic City Comic Con and Florida Super Con. I have some news for you all, after seeing cos players in action i have been motivated to cos play something in the near future. I decided to Cos play The Arrow. I am going to train hard to get in shape for this costume. I just don't want to be a Fat Arrow guy lol. Wish me all luck!
