El JayElRizz Sopes

This Mexican dish was brought to you by Mr. JayElRizz, which is I, the one who writes all these blogs. I got the idea while looking at the tortilla section at Publix Super Markets. What is Sopes? I have never seen this type of tortilla before but I knew that I can make something good out of it. I had a little help by my Assistant and significant other Jennifer. This dish was not that hard to do, the pictures explain itself. The salad part was not hard, just shredded cabbage or buy shredded cabbage and dice 2 small tomatoes. Add vinegar, salt and mix and your ready. Heat up the re fried beans in a pan or microwave. Like I said before the pictures are self explanatory, I really don't want to put my recipe because I just did it freehand. But if your interested in how I did this please send me an email at dment1food@gmail.com Or leave it in a comment. Thank you and enjoy!

Annie Chung's Vietnamese Style Pho

I havent done a product review in a long a long time but now is the time to do so! I bought this soup at Target a couple weeks back and I never had the time to sit down and eat it. What led me to buy this was that it is PHO, and I had never had that type of soup before. I know it is not the authentic one but I still wanted to try it out so that one day I can actually go to a resteraunt that serves PHO and try it out. The instructions on this is really easy so it is impossible to fuck this up.  The packaging states "Cooked Hokkien noodes in a rich and flavorful beef broth",  never had Hokkien noodles but tastes pretty good! The spice meter says Mild but I think it is close to medium. It is a little bit spicey but enjoyable. I recommend this product who ever likes microwavable soups! Enjoy!

Ham And Cheese Crispy Pastelito

This dish was brought to you by my Significant other Jennifer. She used the left over Phyllo dough that wasn't used from the Spanakopita recipe. She used sliced Ham and Muenster Cheese to make this dish. To be honest I thought I was eating a Cuban Pastelito for a second because there was a familiarity to the texture and taste. Overall It was delicious and I hope my girl friend can make more dishes with phyllo dough.
